Wonder spot. Great food, drinks and ambience.

My experience was complete waste of time and money. I literally got up and walked out.

Great food and atmosphere

We had prime rib, scalloped potatoes, freshly pressed coffee & freshly baked chocolate chip cookie desert with ice cream on top. Great service! So thankful for such a great experience. Very well trained staff.

This was a tough review for me. The staff are amazing. The ahi tuna was seared perfectly. I'm not a fan of white truffle oil, so that kinda ruined the parsnip soup for me. My wife and I both ordered the filet mignon. I ordered mine medium and received a very medium-well done. She ordered medium well and received it well-done.

Everything was excellent! Great, friendly server! Amazing key lime avocado cheesecake and steak was done perfectly! Would recommend to anyone in sisters

This dining experience was a complete waste of time and money. The service was extremely slow. The food was mediocre at best and in fact there were things on multiple plates at our table that were inedible. Very expensive for the quality of the food, and a regretful dinner choice. We will certainly not go back or recommend.

Overly expensive, the beat salad had almost no beat in it. Water was very rarely refilled and it took a very long time for the waiter to come take our order.

Several visits under our belt (along with sumptuous food) as a couple and with guests. Food and service are always top notch. A great place to dine in Sisters, at a level above the rest. Fine dining - comfortable but still casual.

The server was wildly inappropriate. He made a joke with a gentleman about a group of teenage girls and said "go get em tiger" and the gentleman asked " I wonder if it's rainbow down there too? (In reference to her hair color and her pubic area). When I confronted the server about this, all he told me was that it was his dad and an inside joke. That doesn't freaking excuse ANY jokes made about underaged girls and their private areas. He took zero responsibilit. I'm so disgusted. I can only hope that the owner sees this and takes action.

Ordered medium steak...it arrived very rare. Even after having them re-heat it, it was still rare. Was most definitely not worth $40 a steak that only came with a few little potatoes. Terrible quality....We will not be returning.

We had an outstanding Thanksgiving meal here. Every item was cooked to perfection. I had the turkey and my husband had the prime rib. Both were tender and packed with flavor. I'm an excellent cook and typically disappointed when I eat out. Not this time. The admosphere is romantic and cozy... They had a nice fire going. Our server was top notch. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful upscale setting for dining & special occassions. The lounge is very spacious, with several group areas with sofas, upholstered chairs & coffee tables...VERY comfortable and classy!

Great food great Service great view great atmosphere.....very pricey

We arrived near closing on the first night of the World Series on TV and there was no one in the restaurant. We were greeted warmly and we weren’t rushed at all. The Food was excellent, the service top drawer and it was one of our most pleasant dining experiences in a very long time. Bob & Sharon

My husband and I ate here with a dear friend, and I must say that we were completely surprised by the quality of the experience for such a small town. The ambiance is cozy and beautiful, the wait staff was attentive without being intrusive, and every dish was getting rave reviews by the three of us! From our experience, we can recommend the lamb and the homemade pasta - so yummy, we had nothing to take home!We would happily return here for another dinner where quiet conversation can be comfortably had, or for a romantic dinner for two.

Great food and service. Hard to do better in Sisters

I'm a guide in the region and bring hungry cyclists into Chops for both drinks and dinner on a weekly basis. We receive rave reviews from our guests regularly--excellent service, knowledgeable servers, fantastic food and cocktails, etc. So happy to end our trips here each week, as it's a major highlight for all.

If your in town to make memories you found your restaurant.It was a long wait, but our water Justin was super on point. We had a reservation but we beat traffic and got into town an hour early and they still sat and feed us (no greif). It is pricy for sure, but I would come back on ny next trip. I had the Filet Mignon, and loved it. The ambulance was small, homey and comfortable.

Went to Chops specifically to see Bill Keale in the lounge. The menu for the lounge was pretty good. I had the pot roast. Excellent!! Tender and moist. Others in the group had the elk burger (yummy!), the seared ahi (delicious!), and coconut shrimp (tasty!). The drinks were well made-not watered down-and quite tasty. The prices are a tad bit high but, overall, worth it. Bill Keale is a fabulous singer and has a bit of a following here in the Bend area. Great food, great show. All in all a perfect evening.

The ribeye was delicious and Drew's service was amazing!

Arguably one of the best places in Central Oregon to eat. It's not just steak and fingerling potatoes... they think outside the box and focus on food pairing. We had the Boar Tenderloin and Seafood Pescatore, both very very good! Take your time and enjoy the atmosphere of this beautiful restaurant... and the wine!

Unprepared to do business during COVID crisis... short staffed and very limited menu. Bad service. We got up and left

Service can be improved to differentiate from other coffee shops. Very nice renovation. I always stop by and have a cup of coffee on my way to Bend form Salem.

Food is good but very limited on choice and service extremely slow. Very poor lighting. To expensive for what you get.

Perfect start to finish. I told Ryan my wine preferences and he picked an exemplary wine for me. The ceasar salad was maybe the best I've ever had. My friend had scallops that were cooked perfectly. I was starving so had pasta. The sauce was incredible home made. To make the dinner perfect Bill Keale was playing. His ability to play a huge variety of genre made our dinner magical. Thank you.

Amazing. It's hard to find salmon as good as my wife's, but they came close. Juicy, tender, flavorful. MMM. She had short ribs. Grass-fed flavor was memorable. Oregon size was just right for an old guy. Not to much or to little. Very satisfying. Thanks Chops!

Cesar was very good. The soup was bland. Fries are good, although they like to refer to them with the French name. The live music was wonderful in the lounge. I think his name was Tony.

Excellent service and food

Fair selection of entrees, wine. Food was good. Setting was comfortable and a bit subdued. Seemed overpriced for a small town.

Had Dinner, our server Daniel was excellent!!! Attentive and funny. Our beverage glasses were never empty. We had the bacon wrapped scallops, Elk burgers, and the BBQ pulled pork . The BBQ sandwich was the best I've ever had!!!! We will be back for sure. Excellent food and service !!!!! Thank you!

Food was fantastic and the service was very friendly. My steak was perfectly cooked and the dessert was wonderful. I went in with a big party and everyone loved their meals. Would definitely recommend stopping by here for dinner.
